So, what is causing it?

The causes of a double chin are often straightforward. In many cases, it’s linked to excess weight or being slightly overweight.

But if you’re not overweight and still struggle with a double chin, the reasons may include:

  • Poor posture
  • “Tech neck” (forward head position from devices)
  • Dysfunction of the under-mandible muscle group
  • Fascia imbalance in the neck and jaw area

Improving posture, restoring mobility in the neck, and working with the surrounding muscles and fascia are powerful ways to address this. These are just a few of the natural strategies we focus on.

Video Technique

In below video, I will show you a technique on how to reduce stiffness and tightness in the under mandible area.

Technique:

This exercise should be performed gently and veeeeery slowly. Better to use some oil or cream.

Gentleness matters — don’t overdo it. It’s better to work a little every day than to force in one session.

Not only it will decongest that area, it will also help to define a sharper jawline!

Great is that this exercise you can do basically anywhere. Even sitting on a very exciting meeting !!! You do not need to cream you neck, just apply cream on you hand By all means, avoid this exercise if you have swollen lymphatic nodes. Start only once you are fully recovered
