VisageFit programs may include facial exercises, massage, fascia work, posture and body exercises, neck techniques, skincare education, diagnostic tools, and other self-care practices.

By purchasing, accessing, or using a VisageFit product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies, including the medical disclaimer, contraindications, safety information, and personal responsibility provisions.

PART 1: MEDICAL DISCLAIMER & SAFETY
1. Medical Disclaimer
VisageFit provides educational information and self-care techniques related to facial and body rejuvenation.
VisageFit does not provide medical advice.
VisageFit programs, courses, tools, assessments, exercises, and other content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or care.
If you have a medical condition, previous injury or surgery, unusual symptoms, or any concerns about whether a technique is suitable for you, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before proceeding.
Always stop any technique that causes pain, dizziness, significant discomfort, or other unusual or unexpected symptoms.
2. Contraindications & Safety
VisageFit techniques are intended as self-care practices. However, certain medical conditions, procedures, injuries, or symptoms may make some techniques unsuitable or may require modification, postponement, or approval from a qualified healthcare professional.
Temporary Contraindications
Wounds, cuts, or inflammatory nodules: Postpone facial exercises and massage until the affected area has fully healed.
Viral and acute ENT disorders: Avoid facial exercises and related techniques during viral illness or acute ear, nose, or throat conditions until you have recovered.
Implants, fillers, lift threads, botulinum toxin-based treatments, or other injections: Wait at least 3 months after such procedures before beginning facial exercises or related techniques, unless your treating healthcare professional has advised otherwise. If you experience significant discomfort, stop and consult your healthcare provider. Facial exercise and massage may also affect the longevity or results of injectable treatments.
Craniofacial or plastic surgery: Only begin or resume facial exercises and related techniques with your doctor's or treating specialist's approval.
3. Conditions Requiring Medical Clearance
Do not perform VisageFit exercises or techniques without first consulting an appropriate qualified healthcare professional if you have:
Acute facial nerve disorders or neuropathy
Impaired brain circulation
Grade 3 hypertension
Cancer
If you are unsure whether a medical condition, treatment, procedure, or medication makes a VisageFit technique unsuitable for you, please seek professional medical advice before proceeding.
4. Additional Contraindications & Precautions for Neck / SCM Work
Some VisageFit products include exercises, massage, stretching, or other techniques involving the neck or the sternocleidomastoid (SCM) muscle.
The neck contains major blood vessels, nerves, and other sensitive structures, so additional care is required.
Do not perform these techniques, or consult your healthcare provider first, if you have:
Known carotid artery or other significant vascular disease affecting the neck
History of stroke or TIA
Thrombosis or blood clots
Cervical spine instability, significant neck injury, or recent neck surgery
Unexplained dizziness, fainting, severe headaches, visual disturbances, numbness, weakness, or other neurological symptoms
Unexplained swelling or a pulsating lump in the neck
Any condition for which your healthcare provider has advised you to avoid neck massage, stretching, manipulation, or exercise
Important Neck Safety Note
Never apply strong or sustained pressure to the front or side of the neck, throat, or directly over an area where you feel a strong pulse.
All neck and SCM techniques should be performed gently and without pain.
Stop immediately if you experience dizziness, light-headedness, nausea, visual changes, unusual headache, numbness, weakness, pain, significant discomfort, or any other unexpected symptoms.
5. Personal Responsibility
By purchasing and using VisageFit products, you understand that you are responsible for:
reviewing the contraindications and safety information before beginning;
following the instructions provided;
choosing an appropriate level of intensity;
respecting your individual physical limits;
stopping any technique that causes pain, dizziness, significant discomfort, or unusual symptoms; and
seeking professional medical advice when appropriate.
Your purchase, participation, use of VisageFit content, or use of a VisageFit diagnostic or educational tool does not create a healthcare provider-patient relationship between you and VisageFit.

PART 2: TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions apply to all digital programs, courses, recorded sessions, memberships, guides, diagnostic tools, assessments, and content provided by VisageFit (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By purchasing or accessing any VisageFit product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1. Educational Purpose
VisageFit products are created for educational and informational purposes.
Our content may include natural facial exercises, face sculpting techniques, massage, fascia work, posture awareness, body exercises, skincare education, self-assessment tools, diagnostic educational tools, and other self-care practices.
The information provided does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.
Any VisageFit assessment, analyzer, decoder, questionnaire, or similar tool is provided for educational and informational purposes and should not be interpreted as a medical diagnosis.
2. Individual Results
Every face and body is unique.
Results may vary depending on factors including age, anatomy, consistency, lifestyle, technique, skin condition, genetics, posture, habits, and other individual circumstances.
Testimonials, before-and-after examples, case studies, or experiences shared by VisageFit or its customers represent individual experiences and should not be considered a guarantee of specific results.
3. Product Access
After purchase, you will receive access to the digital product, program, membership, diagnostic tool, or other content purchased in accordance with the access terms stated at checkout.
For products or programs advertised with “lifetime access,” lifetime refers to the availability period of that specific product or program. Lifetime access does not refer to the lifetime of the customer.
VisageFit reserves the right to update, modify, improve, restructure, replace, discontinue, or migrate its products, programs, memberships, tools, content, and platform at any time.
In the event of a platform change, VisageFit may provide continued access through a different platform or delivery method.
Memberships and subscriptions provide access to included content and features only while the subscription remains active and payments are maintained according to the selected billing plan.
Access applies only to the purchased product, program, membership, or tool and does not include future separate products, programs, memberships, services, tools, or releases unless explicitly stated.
4. Membership & Subscription Products
Some VisageFit products may be offered as memberships or recurring subscriptions, providing access to digital content, resources, recordings, or other materials during the active subscription period.
Membership content, structure, features, and available materials may evolve over time. We may add, update, modify, replace, or discontinue specific content or membership features.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
After cancellation, access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise specified.
5. Payments & Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to content, all sales are final and refunds are not provided unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Intellectual Property
All VisageFit content, including but not limited to:
videos and recordings
PDFs and guides
images and illustrations
text and educational materials
exercises and instructional materials
methods and program structures
diagnostic and self-assessment tools
designs and other proprietary materials
is the intellectual property of VisageFit or is used by VisageFit with appropriate rights.
Your purchase provides personal, non-transferable access only.
You may not copy, reproduce, share, resell, distribute, republish, publicly upload, share login details, commercially exploit, or use VisageFit materials to create competing products or services without prior written permission.
7. Technology & Platform Access
VisageFit products may be delivered through websites, applications, course platforms, payment platforms, email systems, or other third-party technology providers.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, third-party service interruptions, platform changes, or circumstances outside VisageFit’s reasonable control.
VisageFit may change the platform or method used to deliver purchased content when reasonably necessary.
8. Changes to Products and Content
VisageFit may periodically update educational information, exercises, techniques, product structures, diagnostic tools, videos, written materials, or other content to improve its products or reflect changes in the VisageFit methodology.
Such updates do not automatically entitle the customer to access separate future products or services unless expressly stated.
